Kate Forsatz has been in the film and television industry for over two decades. With experience in studio feature length films, network television, independent films, Kate has worked on both domestic and international productions. 

Kate is a Meisner trained actor, studying under Maggie Flanigan at the Maggie Flanigan Studio in New York City. She was also a student at The Actor’s Movement Studio and continued her studies of movement and voice for actors (the Fitzmaurice Technique) with Ilse Pfeiffer. Kate rounded out her education with courses in Shakespeare, Voice, Dialect Training (Patricia Fletcher) Impediment Movement Work, Scene Study (Maggie Flanigan Studio) Uta Hagen Technique (HB Studios). Kate has worked with acting coach and Mentor Rob McCaskill. 

Kate graduated with honors from William Paterson Studio, (BA English, concentration Writing) where she studied screenwriting, playwriting and creative writing.

With nearly a decade in education as a classroom teacher and as a private tutor (grades K-8) (Hackensack Public Schools and The Philosophy Day School, in New York City) In 2007-2008 Kate was invited to travel to Australia to work as an onset tutor for a high profile family on the film Australia. In 2004, Kate worked as a a Drama teacher for ages Pre-K to 8th grade at the Ramapo Country Day Came in Airmont, New York.

Kate is passionate about cultivating a positive, safe and inspired environment for her students to learn and grow.
